Stainless Vacuum Chamber 15 ¾” ID overall height 35”. Chamber has a hinged

door 9 ¾” W by 18”H. Other  conflat ports in main chamber wall include 6” OD viewport,

8” OD port, 2 ¾” OD viewport and a 10” OD port.

Top Plate has 5 2 ¾”OD CF ports and a height adjustable belows on a 2 ¾” OD port.

Bottom Plate has 2 1 ½” CF ports and 4 empty holes with caps on them.
