The Charles Ross & Son Company DPM-1 Double Planetary Mixer is a heavy-duty, laboratory and pilot-scale industrial mixer engineered to process ultra-high viscosity materials. Operating on a dual-axis planetary motion system, its blades rotate on their own individual axes while simultaneously revolving around a common central axis, generating high-kneading forces capable of handling pastes, gels, and granulations that often reach several million centipoise.

Mix can Inside Diameter: 8.25 inches (210 mm).Mix Can Internal Depth: 5.0 inches (127 mm).Vessel Jacket: Equipped with a fluid jacket featuring integrated hose connections for thermal heating or chilled water cooling. Vessel Sealing: Designed for full vacuum operations with a neoprene or Viton O-ring sealed dust/vacuum hood. Includes two 3-inch sight and charge ports.
