The Across International STF1200-50x600 is a 1-zone portable split-tube furnace. Designed for laboratory use, it features a 50mm outer diameter (OD) tube and a 600mm heated length, and is used for material testing, sample annealing, sintering, and vacuum experiments.

Heating Element: Premium Kanthal spiral coils (made in Sweden) embedded in high-grade alumina fiber insulation

Controller: 30-segment digital controller with self-tuning PID for temperature accuracy 

Split-Hinge Design: The chamber opens to allow for fast, easy tube access and rapid cooling.

Controlled Atmosphere: Standard models are typically equipped with stainless steel vacuum sealing flanges, valves, and pressure meters.

Safety & Protection: Features built-in overheat protection and power-failure resumption so cycles continue right where they left off.
